Guarantee and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please return your goods unused in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund/replacement.
How to Return or Exchange
- There is no need to telephone us to advise us you are returning a product.
- Fill out the returns form that was included with the product stating reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Goods must be undamaged, dismantled (where home assembly has been required) and in the original packaging.
- Address the parcel to Eden House:

Lombard Road
London SW19 3TZ - Please take the parcel(s) to your nearest post office and obtain a Certificate of Postage. Goods are returned to Eden House at your own expense. Please note we do not pay return postage on unsuitable items.
- Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.
Cancellation Notice
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for that purchase as long as the goods have not been despatched from our warehouse.

International Customers
Our web platform only accepts orders from UK customers. Customers outside the UK willing to purchase our products, please send us a message specifying the product(s) you would like to buy as well as your phone number using our contact form, and one of our customer service members will call you back to process your order.
Billing Information
Eden House is a trading name of Eloise Lingerie Ltd registered in England No. 5086023. Therefore, payments for your order will appear on your bank statement with the description 'Eloise London GBR'.
