Product Descriptions

We have taken great care ensure that all product descriptions and specifications are correct. Colour reproduction is a good representation, however due to variances in monitor resolutions etc., a slight variance from the actual products might occur.

Delivery Times and Charges

Standard Delivery Charge is £ 3.95 per order and goods are despatched within 14 days of order.
If there is a further delay we will contact you to confirm you still wish to proceed with your order. We will not charge your credit card/clear your cheque until the goods leave our warehouse and we will only charge one postage charge no matter how many goods you order.

Stock Availability

We cannot ensure that there is permanent availability of all items. Obviously some goods sell better than we predict but is something is out of stock we will give you up todate information on anticipated delivery date.

Guarantee and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please return your goods unused in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund/replacement.

How to Return or Exchange

1. There is no need to telephone us to advise us you are returning a product.
2. Fill out the returns form that was included with the product stating reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Goods must be undamaged, dismantled (where home assembly has been required) and in the original packaging.
3. Address the parcel to Eden House

   London SW19 3TZ
4. Please take the parcel(s) to your nearest post office and obtain a Certificate of Postage. Goods are returned to Eden House at your own expense. Please note we do not pay return postage on unsuitable items.
5. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.
   

Cancellation Notice

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for that purchase as long as the goods have not been despatched from our warehouse.

Acknowledgement of your order

Once we have processed your order you will be sent an e-mail acknowledging that Eden House has received your order.
